We're excited to release TabsPrompt v0.16! This update is all about refining your workflow, introducing a powerful new action bar and tools to help you focus by decluttering your workspace. We’ve streamlined common actions and tidied up the interface to make managing your tabs faster and more intuitive.

The Action Menu Gets Supercharged

Sometimes you need to do more than just group or archive tabs - you need to move them with precision. The Action Menu now gives you control over where your tabs go. Select one or more tabs, open the action menu, and you can now:

• Move tabs between windows – Shift tabs to different browser windows without manual dragging
• Move tabs between groups – Reorganize tabs across existing groups in seconds
• Archive to specific archives – Choose exactly which archive collection to save tabs to
• Create new destinations on the fly – Spin up new windows, groups, or archives directly from the menu

In addition, we've added a floating action menu that stays visible as you scroll through longer tab lists. No more scrolling back to the top to take action—select your tabs and the menu follows you, keeping your workflow smooth even when managing dozens or hundreds of tabs.

Expand and Collapse Groups with One Click

Tab groups are essential for organization, but sometimes you need a cleaner view. Now you can expand or collapse any tab group with a single click. The best part? This feature is fully synchronized with Chrome. When you collapse a group in TabsPrompt, it collapses in your browser too—and vice versa. This seamless integration means you get the same clean, organized view no matter where you're working. Perfect for those moments when you need to focus on one project while keeping others tucked away but ready to access.

Quick Filters, Front and Center

Our popular quick filters for finding Pinned, Audible, and Muted tabs are now part of the search bar. Instead of being separate UI elements, they are now integrated directly into your search flow. Just click the dropdown to instantly narrow your view and find exactly what you're looking for, making your searches faster and your workspace quieter.
